This brand new model was modeled from an original tortoise pick belonging to a very well known gypsy guitarist. A precise and accurate bevel ideal for gypsy picking and a rich and lush rhythm sound; our vintage French galalith boasts an tremendously natural sound; close to that of tortoise shell. In 2011 our founder Tommy Davy began researching the picks used by many famous Gypsy Guitarists in France. Since then DjangoGuitars has meticulously replicated these picks using synthetic materials capturing the essence of this once mysterious Gypsy Jazz essential.
